What happens after placing your order?

After placing your order you receive from Bali Dream an email with the confirmation of your order and the shipping costs. You will also find attached the invoice. This invoice contains your order and address, as you have passed on to us. Always check the invoice for correctness of data. This bill is also about how you should book and on what account.

Your order will be processed upon receipt of your (down) payment. Once your order is ready it will be sent to you.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are for your own account. Bali Dream send your order via TNT, FedEx or EMS. We are not liable for loss or damage to your order during shipping by TNT, FedEx EMS. You can insure this risk by your order with increased liability to send. If you want to use this, you need to indicate the completion of your order.

Delivery:

Once your order is ready, we will contact you (by email). Here we give you the code that your order has been shipped.

Prices:

All of our prices are in euros and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or agreed. All prices are subject to change. Changed prices do not affect current orders.

Privacy information:

The information you provide will never be made available to third parties. Your information will only be used for processing your order.

We assume that the e-mail address, which you specified in your order, you regularly read and can be used as a reliable means of communication.

Not satisfied:

Naturally, Bali Dream every precaution to observe your order correctly and as quickly as possible to act. Should it happen that you are not satisfied, please let us know of you. We shall then jointly to find a suitable solution.
