Article 2. Relevance

2.1 These General delivery and payment conditions apply to all offers, activities, quotes, advice, services, and agreements between the contractor and the client. Deviations from these General Delivery and Payment Conditions are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.

2.2 All offers are without obligation, unless the offer expressly otherwise indicated.

2.3 The applicability of the principal's Terms and Conditions is expressly excluded, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2.4 Should any provision of these General Delivery and Payment Conditions are void or invalid, the other provisions remain in full force and shall (will) the invalid or unenforceable provision (s) of these General Delivery and Payment Conditions be replaced by a valid provision (s) as much as possible the purpose and intent of the invalid or unenforceable provision (s) must be observed.

Article 3. Establishment Agreement

3.1 The contract is concluded at the moment by the client to a service is requested, accepted or adopted. Such acceptance in writing, by mail or orally.

3.2 All services are provided by the contractor are carried out to the best of its knowledge and ability in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.

Article 4. Execution command

Contractor relies in the execution of the work in the information supplied.

Article 5. Payment

5.1 Payment by the client must be made in euros or other foreign currency to be determined, by transfer to a contractor designated bank account. First payment of 50% of the total amount to start the proces. When the kebaya or product is finished, send the last invoice with the request to do the last payment and shipping cost. When this arrive on the account of the bank, Weddingkebaya will send the package to the delivery address of the client and will send the track & trace  code to the client to follow their shipping.

5.2 The contractor is not reponsible for the shipping, only the shipping company mention on the Track & Trace code.
